My dear, dear new blogging friend Michelle has bestowed on me this lovely award. I can’t remember how exactly I came across Michelle’s blog, but it’s been a blessing in disguise. We will soon meet in the land of Mickey, and it will be fun to see each other face to face. I’m looking forward to see how much trouble we get into. Our DH’s might not know what to do with us.
Being the sweetie she is, she said some amazingly sweet and funny things about me on her blog. Seeing that I’m a southern girl by transplant, she laughs at my BIG Hair from the north stories.
So following in her footsteps, I would love to share some Bloggy love with some of my web friends.
Sheryl over at Taking the Challenge is one of my oldest blogging friends. We’ve never met, but we share common interests and I love her heart for the Lord. She has a great Meme going on called Faith Lift Fridays that I enjoy chiming in with when I get the chance. She’s enjoying doing the Pay Per Post that I’ve talked about and hopefully she’s making some extra $$ for her family. She always so sweet and always leaves positive comments. She’s a fellow Disney lover too!
Kathi at Tales from the Homefront is actually an old friend from up north. We worked together for little while at a local bank. At that time she probably thought I was a little crazy, well, because I was. She has been there for some great moments in my life. My wedding and raising our kids. Her daughter and my youngest are the same age. I still have some pictures of them together when they were little babies. If you stop by Kathi’s blog you’ll see her beautiful family. We’ve also been able to see each others lives be changed through our faith in Jesus Christ. Kathi hasn’t been blogging all that long, but she’s already a pro at it and her blog is just as beautiful as her family.
I can’t remember what first drew me to blogging. It’s been a great outlet for me. It has it’s positives and negatives about it. Negatives being – the amount of time I spend doing it. I sit down to do one or two things and before I know it, an hour is gone. But the positives are what keep me doing it. The best positive being the friendships I made and the one’s that have been kept together through blogging.
Thanks to everyone that stops by. I enjoy the comments and the patronage. This blog world is one crazy place… but that’s what makes it so much fun.
