- 4 pork loin chops
- 3 eggs or 1/2 cup milk
- 20 Ritz crackers crushed 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup oil
In a heavy frying pan – oven ready (I use my cast iron skillet), put the 1/4 cup oil.
Turn the heat on high so the pan is nice and hot.
Crush crackers using food processor or rolling pin. Add other dry ingredients to mixture
Dip in the egg or milk mixed.
Dredge each chop in the crumb mixture.
Put the chops in the hot pan and brown them on both sides.
Once they are brown, transfer the whole pan directly to a prepared 350’ oven. Let cook for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve with rice or butter noodles!
Enjoy the finished meal!
