I was really looking forward to reviewing this DVD.
I LOVE to use my Wii Fit and really don’t mind the Yoga portion on there because they really don’t discuss anything ‘yoga-ish’. They just stick to the basics. But I tend to get a little bored doing the same thing over and over.
So when I received Power PraiseMoves in the mail, I couldn’t wait to try it out.
I was a little disappointed with this DVD. At the beginning there is an introduction where you meet the author. She says some really informative information, but the camera work goes back and forth so much, it became annoying.
I enjoyed hearing the scriptures spoken as I went through the moves, but found them to either go to quickly and hard to keep up. I’m sure once I keep practicing that will get better though.
I’d would have also enjoyed a little more contemporary music.
All in all though, this DVD is a great alternative regular yoga DVD’s.
Enjoy the looksy..
