My hubby has never really been a big breakfast person, but as WE’VE aged, we’ve noticed that we need to eat a more balanced meal to keep our metabolism working well.
So awhile back I started making Egg Mikki~Muffins for him.
At the beginning of each week I fry up 5 eggs, toast 5 english muffins and voila.. Breakfast on the go..
Each morning all he has to do is pop one in the toaster oven to warm it up and he’s all set.
And he is lovin his Mikki~Muffins!
