Workout Wednesday

Pin It I’ve been trying REALLY hard to get some exercise in everyday. It’s not easy. I am NOT the kind of person that jumps out of bed excited to go sweat a little. But as I get older.. and my bottom half get’s wider.. I’m having to push myself to exercise.

So if I have to exercise, I’m going to TRY and make it fun! That’s where my Wii comes in.

I LOVE my Wii. We don’t play it as much as we used to, but it’s come in quiet handy for my workouts.

My NEW favorite workout is the Gold’s Gym Dance Workout.
I know that this white girl doesn’t have ALL the moves, but I THOUGHT I could dance somewhat well. WRONG!

After doing this workout a few times, I’ve realized that I have NO Latin blood in me AT ALL. You could compare my dance moves to a bear being stuck in a sleeping bag.. but I do keep going.




My other favorite workout is Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout. I KICK BUTT with this one! I LOVE LOVE LOVE to box and this workout helps me burn off calories and any frustrations I may have during the day.
The best part of the game is when it tells me my fit age is 21!!! YAHOO!!
So what’s your favorite workout? I’d love to hear if there’s any really great workout games out there I’m missing.

  1. If it were not for the fact that I like to eat so much, I would never exercise -Wii is a great way to burn a few calories. Good luck with your new endeavor.

  2. I love the Wii too but like you don't use it as much anymore. I think I will check out this workout, especially if it thinks my fit age is anywhere near 21!
