I’m a cooking show junkie.
Just about any show that has to do with cooking.. you can find me watching.
It’s not just about the food.. I LOVE to learn new techniques and food knowledge.
Being ‘talented’ at cooking is one thing. KNOWING how to cook is another.
The Healthy Cooking at Home with the Culinary Institute is one of those cookbooks that you can really LEARN from.
It’s filled with delicious recipes that are healthy and easy to make.
Tomorrow, I will be making the Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Now I know this sounds unhealthy, but they’ve changed things up with each recipe to help make them more healthy..
Like using whole wheat flour, diced pineapple, and egg whites. Instead of the butter, oil, and sugar that you find in the regular recipe.
I’ll be back later this week to show you pictures and let you know how it turned out.
For now, check out all the info on this cookbook from Wiley Publishing and grab yourself a copy.
