Today was the end of Week 2 in my C25K Training.
It was the same as last week, but next week will be a little bit different..a little harder.. Ugh…
This week I was walking 2 minutes and running 90 seconds.. doing this 8 times.
Not much I know, but when you’re new to it all.. it’s not that easy.
The third week has me doing two repetitions of 90 second walks and than running for 3 minutes, than walking 3 minutes.
I’m sure this scene will be running through my head as I’m running through town..
Hopefully there won’t be anyone behind me yelling..
