Over at my house blog, Our Florida Bungalow, I recently wrote about thinning out my kale plants and how I was going to try making Kale Chips.
Well, I made them and I have one word.
YUMMYLICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was great to see what a little bit of olive oil, salt, and a dehydrator could do.
The hubster REALLY likes them too.
As I type this.. there’s more in the dehydrator cooking away.
Have you tried Kale Chips?
What do you do, just throw them in the dehydrator till they get crunchy? Do tell, do tell!
