I’ve been a Neta Jackson fan for years now.
It all started when I needed something to distract me from some yucky stuff going on around me and I picked up the first Yada Yada Sisters book.
And from that very first book I was hooked.
I love to follow the different stories of all the interesting women Neta knits together in her stories. Each having their own ‘issues’ or problems and each one of them holding onto their friendships and faith in God to get them through.
Neta Jackson’s newest book Come to the Table is the second book of her SouledOut Sisters novels.
Following Kat Davies, a new to the faith, spunky college girl who learns to channel her passion for healthy eating into starting a food pantry at the church.
Added to this story are her roommates – a homeless mom, her son, and two of her college friends. One being Nick, who over the past year has become one of her best friends, but has recently stirred up feelings she never noticed before.
Mix all this together with fellow church members and friends who challenge and motivate Kat to really seek what God desires her to do, and you have the makings of ANOTHER great book by Neta Jackson.
A definite page turner… and a definite must read.
