I am having so much fun making homemade cleaners and soaps for my family. I had NO idea that it was so simple and easy to do.
Being able to make homemade cleaners and homemade liquid hand soaps not only means I’m ridding my house of chemical filled products, but it also means I’m saving money by using simple ingredients to clean my home.
I recently made my first batch of liquid hand soap and everyone’s loving it. It cleans our hands perfectly and I used a Sweet Orange essential oil so it smells amazing too.
Awhile back I had won a giveaway which included these really cool ‘recaps’ from MasonJars.com. This pump ‘recap’ works on a quart size mason jar almost perfectly. I had to cut the end of the suction tube (not sure what you call that thing) because it was too long, but beyond that… it works great.
Homemade Liquid Hand Soap
- 1 Cup Castile Soap
- 10 drops Sweet Orange essential oil (or any scent you prefer)
- 1 teaspoon Vitamin E Oil
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into desired container.
Enjoy and Have a Blessed Day!
