I’m not a HUGE workout fan by any means. A good 30-45 minute power walk with a little yoga later works perfectly for me at this point in my life. Yet, when it’s 80 degrees at 8:00 in the morning, I start to think that I need to find something else to do inside until the weather gets cool… and less humid .. again.
That’s where Grokker comes in. I recently found them via an online search for exercise videos and it looks pretty interesting. They have a 2 Week Free Trial and say you can cancel anytime, so I thought…why not give them a try.
Before I get started, I also want to let you know that I signed up as an affiliate with Grokker also. Within this post are affiliate links that help support and keep this blog going. They are no extra cost to you, so if you choose to give Grokker a try and use my link.. Thank you.
Ok. Now back to the details.
Online Exercise Videos – Trying Out Grokker
Grokker seems to have all the bells and whistles when it comes to a good fitness video collection.
- If you’re short on time – they have short work outs
- If you’re looking for a specific type of work out – that have numerous types of workouts to choose from
- If you’re looking for a specific trainer – they say they have hand picked some of the best in their field
Looking for more than just exercise… they have that too. Cooking classes and meditation instruction are included along with a calendar and tracking system that will help keep you accountable and on track with any goals you set for yourself.
Signing Up and Giving It A Try
Sometimes I need to pay for something to actually commit to it. And since I’m not a person that is naturally driven to get up and exercise every morning, I’m thinking that if I like this Grokker program after two weeks and decided to invest monthly.. it may just keep me going.
I’ll come back in two weeks and give you an update. I’ll let you know if was able to stick with it, what the videos were like, and it I liked the program.
Have you tried Grokker before? Leave me a comment and let me know if you have and what you thought about it. I'd love to hear about it.
