It wasn’t really a wedding of burlap, but for my daughters wedding last November we did use quite a bit of it. Vintage Country, was the theme. Not rednecky..not BBQy.. just a really nice Vintage Country. It ALL turned out quite beautiful, and I’m sure I’ll have more pictures to share once we get them all together and back from the photographer, but for now I just want to share with you my experience with BurlapFabric.com. When my daughter first decided on her theme and some of the initial pins were pinned on Pinterest, I quickly realized we were going to need a major amount of burlap. So after a little research, I found BurlapFabric.com. WOW!! This is definitely your GO TO place for anything Burlap. Whether you want things premade like aisle runners, tablecloths, and or banners.. or you want to make your own and just need rolls of burlap.. Burlap Fabric is the place to get it from. We got a little mix of both.. DIY burlap and some premade things. My two favorite things were the aisle runner and the banners!! The aisle runner was the perfect size and with just a few metal tent clamps, it was stayed perfectly on the ground! My daughter did a great job stenciling “Mr. & Mrs.” on the banners and they hung them on their bridal table.. it looked soo cute. We had table runners, bows, mason jars with little burlap ribbons.. and it all looked so great. I was EXTREMELY blessed that my mom and mother-in-law both came down a few days early and were able to help prepare some of the DIY crafts. They were lifesavers. (Yes, that’s my mom… hamming it up for the camera..LOL) The burlap we received from Burlap Fabric was a great quality. It was durable, but also very easy to work with. I’ve never worked with burlap before, but it was a lot of fun to do. Burlap Fabric also has some great tutorials on YouTube that help you make the cutest crafts. We watched the ‘Rose’ tutorial to make some small roses to put on the wreaths of the Brides entrance door. It was a HUGE help since they were kind of a last minute idea. All of our family and friends LOVED the decorations and enjoyed the Vintage Country theme. Thank you sooo very much to BurlapFabric.com for working with my daughter and I. ** We received some burlap product in exchange for this review. All thoughts and opinions are 100% all mine**
My little girl is now a married woman.
I am overwhelmed by sooo many things right now.
How, AGAIN, my God has poured out His blessings..
A beautiful day, a beautiful bride, and amazing new son-in-law, and a wonderful party.
I am in awe at how it all came together.. with the help of my mom and my mother in-law.. and I am not trying to adjust to having my daughter living somewhere else (not to far away) and just stopping by for visits.
I’ll be back to blogging.. have a TON of reviews to share with you.. and regular life soon.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all and may you forever know the Love of God in a mighty way!
The first picture is her ‘brothers’ shielding her from the groom.. so he wouldn’t see here before it was time. This is one of my FAVORITE pictures…I love these boys.
The second picture is them praying.. devoting their lives and marriage to God
Third pic is just them being them.. they are just an adorably, happy couple.
Thanks for stopping by…
You can definitely say we had some excitement over at our house this weekend!!
And we couldn’t be happier!!
They are an adorable couple and God has TRULY answered many years of this Mama’s prayers concerning her daughters future husband.
Thank you Lord Jesus!!
“But now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.”
1 Corinthians 13:13
I LOVED this Devotional!
What a wonderful idea.
Reminding the bride to center herself with the Lord each day and to make HIM the center of the ceremony.
LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!
I am definitely going to be remembering this book for engagement gifts!!
Enjoy the sneak peak.
